Today is Wednesday, January 20, 2021, and today is QB Home Finder Day, at Omega Sports that is. What a wild wild off season we are in store for after the Super Bowl in a few weeks here, and by the beginning of the 2021 season we may have a very different looking NFL. We have elite quality quarterbacks hitting the free agent market, we have some doing everything they can to get traded, and we have some retiring. Hitting free agency this off season, unless he signs the franchise tender again, is Dak Prescott, and Dak is going to have quite a few options if he decides to leave Dallas for green pastures. Dak could go to Houston, right down the road, maybe even just trade spots with DeShaun Watson, who is also going to be on the move this off season, a season after his Texans let 2020 Pro Bowl wide receiver Deandre Hopkins go to Arizona. The Houston Texans would not be a good idea if Dak wants to leave the Cowboys and win anytime soon, or ever again in his career, but where should Dak go to win now and win for season to come you say? Well, that place would be the Dallas Cowboys, and after his injury this season that should be very obvious to everyone, including Jerry Jones, Cowboys owner. After Dak went down early in the 202 season with a horrible compound fracture leg injury, the Cowboys looked bad on offense, they couldn't move the ball passing or running the ball, they had no juice without him, none. Dak will have an amazing group of skilled players returning in the 2021 season, like all of them they are loaded and will be loaded for a few years, Mike McCarthy is a Super Bowl winning coach with the Green Bay Packers and runs a great style of offense that should suit Dak well. With Dak in the lineup the defenses have to respect the passing game, he has proved that much and he can gain serious yards if he has to run if none of his receivers can get open, add that up and what do you get? Less men in the box, and what does that mean, Zeke can eat and hopefully run for some big yardage while he's at it. Cowboys need to lock up Dak with a real contract, one he deserves then focus on the draft and find the best defensive players you can find that can help now cause man you look so close to being Super Bowl contenders soon.
